Research

InsuranceFor the past 15 years, Merger & Acquisition Services, Inc. has been serving the insurance sector in an investment banking corporate finance advisory role. Our goal has always been to deliver thoughtful, independent, un-conflicted advice to public and private companies, governments and other institutions.

In keeping with our objectives, M&A is proud to announce a new research product available to insurance industry professionals. While there are a number of large investment banks and independent research firms who provide a tremendous amount of quality material relating to publically held property and casualty carriers, M&A recognizes that in-depth research on privately held insurance companies is largely overlooked and not covered by research analysts. However, private companies and companies unaffiliated with large public insurance groups make up approximately 70% of the property and casualty sector. M&A’s goal is to provide value-added research based on rigorous analysis, critical thinking, deep industry knowledge and commentary on the private market segment.

The Private Insurance Company (PIC) Report is a series of research reports M&A Services will publish on a bimonthly basis; each report focusing on a specific property & casualty line of business, the trends and developments for that line and the private companies who specialize writing such lines of business.

In addition to the actual written report which is delivered to subscribers electronically six times a year, M&A hosts a webinar after the release of each report; during which subscribers will have an opportunity to ask questions directly to with the Chief Editor. Archived copies of the webinar & report will be available online for subscriber access anytime.

Each PIC Report will focus on a specific line of business. Lines of business will be chosen based on industry trends, current market conditions and overall industry activity. This ensures that subscribers are reviewing the most relevant subject matter as it pertains to the current market conditions. No one line of business will be chosen more than once in a 12 month period ensuring a full review of the top lines of business which make up the P&C sector.
