Mr. Emeigh brings our clients more than 25 years experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry. He has held Senior Executive positions with leading U.S. and foreign carriers and served as a Director on numerous Boards of Directors of nationally recognized insurance and reinsurance companies.

With over twenty years of experience as a General Counsel of both public and private companies, including a decade of work as Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary of White Mountains Reinsurance Group, he brings our clients a unique hands-on knowledge and experience in domestic and international transactions involving hundreds of millions of dollars of equity and billions of dollars in assets. His experience includes: the purchase and sale of insurance and reinsurance companies, asset transactions, renewal rights agreements, start-up ventures, agency agreements, credit agreements and representing clients before state regulatory bodies.

 Mr. Emeigh is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and Widener University School Law.
